Scope of Services. Through this Site, Chivos Landscaping markets and arranges Lawn Mowing, Tree Trimming, Bush Trimming, Weed Removal, Pressure Washing. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.
Use Restrictions. Prohibited activities include unlawful use, disruption of services, unauthorized access, automated scraping, malware transmission, and impersonation.
Intellectual Property. All content on https://chivoslandscapingforestgrove.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Chivos Landscaping or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.
Fees. Quoted prices appear in your written service agreement. Payment timing and refund policies are governed by that agreement.
Termination Rights. We may end your access to the Site at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior.
